Terms & Conditions
Order
Despite of our large website we are basically a traditional interior decoration shop and accept orders in our showroom in El Toro. Nevertheless, we also offer the possibility of placing orders by email. All inquiries may be done anonimously, however, we always need a precise indication of the delivery city/town with ZIP code and country. All other data necessary for executing the order has to be given when placing the order. These data are being stored in accordance with current laws.
Payment conditions
When placing an order a deposit of min. 50% of the total gross value has to be paid, with balance paid not later than on delivery.
If the client will not be present at delivery, balance has to be paid in advance.
For all goods to be delivered outside
Mallorca the entire amount has to be paid in advance.
Cash payments can only be accepted for order volumes of not more than 1.000 €. All other orders have to be paid by credit card or bank transfer. We do not accept cheques. For orders placed by email the corresponding payments have to be made by bank transfer. We do not do remote charges of
credit cards.
Orders are considered firm with receipt of money in our account. As of this moment delivery time begins to run. We cannot be
held responsible for any delivery delay caused by late receipt of payment.
Conditions for large quantities on request.
Delivery time
Agreements on delivery date are made to best knowledge. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors which are outside of our influence.
Delivery time is in general between four and eight weeks. Outdoor furniture is generally delivered within two to four weeks, some pieces even earlier.
Showroom items are delivered as agreed.
Delivery
Deliveries will be executed Monday through Friday, in the afternoon as of approx. 2.30 p.m., depending on drive distance.
Auxiliary furniture and items for take away are prepared for pick-up. Delivery of such items is charged separately.
All other furniture will be delivered free throughout the island of Mallorca. However, we reserve the right to charge for the delivery of bulky items of small value as e. g. slatted bases. This will, in any case, be already reflected clearly in the quotation made before the purchase.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address initially agreed and specified on order form or confirmation. Destination has to be accesible by a van and all interior passages, corridors and stairways have to be wide and high enough to pass the furniture ordered. Costs of special outside lifts or any other means or personnel necessary are not included and have to be paid separately by the client. The location where the furniture shall be installed or assembled has to be empty and clean. Removal and disposal of old furniture is charged separately.
In case the goods cannot be delivered on the the date agreed due to client's fault, we retain the right to charge an additional 50 €; for any further delivery attempt. This charge has to be paid before this new delivery.
Cost of deliveries outside Mallorca will be charged to customer, if not otherwise agreed. We only deliver to EU countries.
Right of return / guarantee
Please note that except show room and stock items all furniture has to be ordered and will be manufactured according to order and that therefor also for orders placed via telephone or email there is no general right of return. Guarantees and legal warranty, however, are in no case restricted.
